1. Refund Policy

At Poker Run Pro, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all Poker Run Pro users. However, we understand that issues may arise. Our refund policy is outlined below:


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If Poker Run Pro fails to function as intended due to a verified app error, we will investigate the issue and process a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.
  • Accidental Purchases: Users who accidentally purchase a subscription or in-app content may request a refund within 30 days of the transaction, provided they have not used the purchased features.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If a user identifies a fraudulent charge related to Poker Run Pro, they must report it within 30 days for investigation.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • User dissatisfaction due to personal preference or strategy outcomes.
  • Used subscriptions or in-app purchases that have provided access to premium content/features.
  • Refund requests beyond 31 days from the original purchase date.


Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must submit a formal request via email, including:

  • Transaction ID and date of purchase.
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Screenshots or documentation supporting the claim (if applicable).

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon approval.


2. Dispute Resolution Policy

We aim to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. If a user encounters an issue related to payments or app functionality, the following steps should be taken:


Initial Resolution Steps

Users must first contact TAB Performance, Inc. at support@tabperformance.com to attempt an informal resolution. Our support team will review complaints within 10 business days and provide assistance.


Escalation to Arbitration

If a dispute remains unresolved after initial efforts:

  • The matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Nebraska state laws.
  • Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitration outcome.


Jurisdiction

Any legal disputes related to Poker Run Pro shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, with exclusive jurisdiction in Lancaster County.
