1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Poker Run Pro ("the App") and/or ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App and/or Website immediately.

2. Description of Service

Poker Run Pro is a digital platform designed to assist users in organizing and managing poker runs, including event creation, participant tracking, and scoring functionalities.

3. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to create or host events using the App.
• Users must comply with all local laws and regulations related to poker runs and gaming activities in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• TAB Performance, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be violating these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription

• Certain features may require a subscription or one-time payment.
• Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified in advance of any modifications.
• Refunds and disputes are handled according to the Refund and Dispute Policy.

6. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
• Upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Exploit or interfere with the app’s functionality or security.

TAB Performance, Inc. reserves the right to restrict access or terminate user accounts violating these provisions.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and features within Poker Run Pro are the intellectual property of TAB Performance, Inc.
• Users may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App or its content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TAB Performance, Inc. is not liable for:

• Technical issues, service interruptions, or loss of data.
• Financial or legal disputes arising from poker runs or participant interactions.
• Third-party service failures, including payment processors or external integrations.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Users agree to resolve disputes through informal mediation before pursuing legal action.
• Formal disputes shall be governed by Nebraska State Law and resolved within [Insert County/State Court Details].

10. Amendments & Updates

TAB Performance, Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
